Jewish Holidays

I'm going to write a better one. Apple's calendar is better described as an "Israeli Holidays", as it does not have 2 days for various Diasporah holidays and doesn't note things like chol hamoed and so forth. Keep posted here. It'll show up soon. Just trying to see if non-Gregorian scheduling or bumping "all-day" events to start at night is easier.

Jewish Month Names
Posted by margery on January 15, 2003 @ 12:08PM
Thanks for the Jewish calendar--it certainly helps in planning. :^)

How about adding in the New Moon/Month holidays with the names of the months, e.g." New Moon-Tevet"..."New Moon-Iyar"?

It would be one way of tracking the Jewish month so people can put in their own personal dates like Yartzeits.

Or should the Jewish months be a different icalendar so people who don't want it won't have it as clutter?
