The Apple Korean holidays is in Korean text. For those of us who work with things Korean but cannot read Korean, can anyone submit an English version so that we know what the holiday is? Reply to This

I do a lot of work in Korea, but unfortunately I do not read Korean. Does anyone know of an iCal Korean holidays calendar in English? Reply to This

If you do business there, it's not hard to learn to read. It's phonetic, and was invented by a mathematician. I learned it fairly easily, and if you speak the language, it'll be simple. No, I'm not Korean, but I had an 8 year adventure with one:) They are very helpful and impressed when you try to learn their language. This calendar would be a good starting point. Good Luck! I hardly think that anyone with an occasional business trip to Korea or an office there can invest the time to learn to read Korean. Other iCal calendars (such as the Thai one) are in English. And here is the idea: if you can read Korean, how about creating a translated Korean holiday calendar. Many of us, including myself, would be grateful! Reply to This

Hi,
Just came across this site and found this. I have the same interest as tookay. Unfortunately, I don't read Korean either, but I am in Korea frequently to visit our office there. Looks like his comment was a couple of years ago, but does anyone now know of an English translation of the Korean holidays calendar?
Thanks in advance! Reply to This
