Fitness And Exercise For Seniors - 3 At Home Chair Exercises

Exercise Frequency- This is how often you perform the exercise. Customarily indicated by the number of days you exercise in a week. Frequency will allow your body to take on to the exercise regimen. Most exercise programs advocate a minimum frequency of three times a week and a maximum of six days a week. Always have a day of rest per week to allow your body to cure.

Exercise Intensity- alludes to your programs level of activity. Determination is the key to pushing yourself each time you exercise. Intensity plays a big part in the usefulness of your programme. Always do better than your prior session. When training with weights for example, battle to extend the weight each session, you can see better results.
