In February 2007, fitness enthusiast Arnel Ricafranca had fallen from grace. Overweight but determined to bring himself back in shape, Arnel put together a 16-week video program that delivers stunning results. For more information visit Arnel's site:

The basic tops and bottoms should have no straps or extenders and they should be made from a solid color and blend of cotton/spandex. Also, you need to consider what activities you'll do most often and choose a sportswear like that has a tighter fit for that purpose. The color and prints of your clothes will also have some visual impact on your ability to do certain postures or poses. If you're a yoga mat is made of a thick smooth texture and not elastic, you won't be able to stretch out your muscles in many poses or positions, thus causing you to clench up and not be able to benefit from the full range of motion.
