Australian Holidays - New South Wales (NSW)

Current from 2009 to 2011

INCLUDES BOTH PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND POPULAR HOLIDAYS

Public holiday dates are sourced from the NSW Office of Industrial Relations http://www.industrialrelations.nsw.gov.au/holidays/

Proclaimed state public holidays are marked "Pub. Hol". This distinguishes them from popular holidays, or when the state public holiday differs from the celebrated holiday date (e.g., when Christmas Day falls on a Sunday and the public holiday falls on a Monday).

Popular (non-public) holidays include:
* Valentine's Day
* Mother's Day
* Father's Day
* April Fool's Day
* St Patrick's Day
* Melbourne Cup day
* Halloween

Thanks very much for this Alex! This is the most up to date calendar I could find for this purpose. If only the Industrial Relations website would serve their information as an iCalendar in the first place! Could you please update your calendar with the changes to the Christmas break? Another public holiday has been added for the 28th. Oh, and the relevant address now appears to be: http://www.industrialrelations.nsw.gov.au/About_NSW_IR/Public_Holidays.html

Hi Alex, First thanks for the great calendar. Just one thing, Monday, 3 January 2011 is an additional holidays. Can you add that to calendar as well? Thanks again.
