Russian Official Holidays

These are official Russian holidays, i.e. non-working days. Note that in Russia a holiday falling on a weekend is transferred (typically) onto the next nearest weekday. For example, since January 1, 2006 is a Sunday, January 6 will be a non-working day (this is the first week day after a 5-day New Year holiday season).
