London Marathon 2011, 15 week sub 4 hr schedule

A schedule for attempting a sub 4 hour marathon time at Virgin London Marathon 2011.
Note: This should not be attempted unless you are a regular runner who can, at the very minimum run for 1 hour non stop and already runs between 15-20 miles per week. I cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained as a result of this calendar.
