Being a financial analyst is really challenging in the midst of the coronavirus crisis. However, not everything is as sad as it looks. Take Toronto as a typical example of the impact of a lockout on local business. The Toronto restaurant brokers have been in trouble this spring. However, the commercial real estate sector can wait)) Landlords have significantly reduced real estate prices for retailers and cafes and this has given excellent results. What do we have now? The second wave of covid continues to go, but new restaurants not only opened according to new rules, but are also popular with city dwellers. We are all tired of quarantine and are ready to follow complex rules to get delicious food outside the home.
